Payment Information
You will receive an invoice for payment. Payment in full is due at the time of setup.

Digital Services
In general, all fixed term internet services require a commitment of 3 months, with no cancellation.

Advertiser agrees that Our TOP 5 Hotlist has the right to reject advertising:

1. If the editors determine that the advertising is inconsistent with their understanding of the digital event guides objectives, values, image or the aesthetic standards of our TOP 5 Hotlist.
2. If the advertiser fails to meet the Materials Deadline (see above)

Advertising space is sold on a “first come first serve basis. Publisher reserves the right to defer as to future dates if deadlines are not met. Further, our TOP 5 Hotlist reserved the right to delay, suspend, or terminate publication at any time. Advertiser releases our TOP 5 Hotlist digital Event Guide from any and all loss, liability, or expense occasioned by Advertisers by reason of a) any failure to publish digital advertising pursuant to this Agreement or b) failure to return ad media (original art work, disks, film). In such event the advertising is not affected, the Advertising Charge (or the prorated portion thereof) will be refunded.

Please read this Advertising Contract Form (this “Form”) carefully. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR IF THERE ARE ERRORS ON THIS FORM OU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE FROM. Your submission of advertising content or failure to provide us contrary notice within three (3) business days indicated that: (i) the information on this form is accurate; (ii) you have read, understand and accept the Terms of the Agreement.

You will not be billed until approved by the our TOP 5 Team.
